Michael N. O'Keefe, President/CEO. Mr. O'Keefe was appointed President and CEO in September 2004 after serving the Hospital previously as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from The American University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University of Canton, New York. Prior to working at Evangelical, Mr. O'Keefe served as Vice President for Operations at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital, Newark, New York from 1984 to 1991, and was the Administrative Assistant for Professional Services and Director for Health Related Services for the Community General Hospital of Syracuse, New York from 1977 to 1984.
Mr. O'Keefe is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is also an active member of the Board of Directors of Swineford National Bank. Mr. O’Keefe is a Board member of the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the HAP statewide Committee on Quality and Care Management, as well as the Council for Small Hospitals.

Kendra A. Aucker, Vice President - Operations. Ms. Aucker holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Frederick Taylor University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Aucker served as Regional Manager for Capital Blue Cross from 1997 to 1999. From 1990 to 1997, she served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Evangelical Community Hospital, and from 1986 to 1990, as Community Relations Coordinator for SUN Home Health Services. Ms. Aucker is a licensed agent in Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities through the Insurance Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Aucker is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Medical Group Management Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way. She is a member of the Selinsgrove Rotary Club and serves as a Director on the Selinsgrove Area Youth Foundation Board.

Glenn R. Eisenhauer, Vice President - Human Resources. Mr. Eisenhauer was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2009. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Arkansas. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Human Resources at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care in Little Rock. He was also the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nuvell Financial Services LLC, a GMAC Financial Services Company. Mr. Eisenhauer’s previous health care experience includes roles in Human Resources and Nurse Recruitment for St. Joseph’s Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
A native of Little Rock, Mr. Eisenhauer is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Central Arkansas Human Resource Association and the Arkansas Compensation Association. In Arkansas, he served on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County and Potluck Food Rescue of Little Rock.

J. Lawrence Ginsburg, MD, CPE, Vice President - Medical Affairs. Dr. Ginsburg was named Vice President for Medical Affairs in 2004. He started a family practice in Lewisburg in 1976 and joined the Hospital's Medical Staff. In 1996, Dr. Ginsburg joined the Evangelical Medical Services Organization. He received his Medical Doctorate from Temple University School of Medicine and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College. Dr. Ginsburg completed his residency at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians and is a Certified Physician Executive and Diplomat of the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Ginsburg is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He obtained a Master of Medical Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007. He will complete a Fellowship in Bioethics from the Medical College of Wisconsin this December.
Dr. Ginsburg is a member of the American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Union County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Practice, Pennsylvania Academy of Family Practice, and American College of Physician Executives. He is actively involved with Temple Beth Hashalom in Williamsport.

Dale Moyer, Chief Information Officer. A native of Muncy and graduate of Hughesville Area High School, Dale Moyer earned his associate’s degree in science from Mansfield University, and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine. Moyer has been employed at Evangelical since 1981.
Moyer is the president of the Keane Users Information Group, a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and the Microsoft Healthcare User Group. He lives in Selinsgrove with his wife, Kathy. The two have a son, Ross, who attends the University of Pittsburgh.

Tami Radecke, Vice President - Community Relations/Chief Development Officer. Ms. Radecke earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 from Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia and an Associate in Business Administration degree from Harrisburg Area Community College. She served as the Executive Director of the United Way of the Central Susquehanna Valley from 1999-2002, and the Director of Foundation and Corporate Support at Susquehanna University from 1997-1999.
Ms. Radecke is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Susquehanna Valley, and is on the Board of Directors for Lewisburg Downtown Partnership, Planned Giving Council of Central Pennsylvania, and Union County Community Foundation.

Richard E. Smith, Jr., Vice President-Strategic Planning and Business Development.
Mr. Smith came to Evangelical in 2008. He holds a Master of Social Work degree with a special emphasis on aging from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Morgan State University. He has also served in the Maryland Air National Guard as a member of the Aircrew Life Support.
Mr. Smith came to Evangelical from Mercy Health Partners in Scranton, where he served as Vice President of Physician Services and Development. Prior, he held the positions of Assistant Administrator and Director of Clinical Development at Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Portland, Oregon. He also has served as the Director of Holistic Health Services in the Bon Secours Baltimore Health System.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Smith was a counselor at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Towson, Maryland, providing therapy and intervention services to patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders, as well as successfully developing and implementing DWI and relapse prevention programs.
Mr. Smith is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Paul E. Tarves, Vice President - Nursing Administration. Mr. Tarves was appointed Vice President -Nursing in 1995. He holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Widener University, Philadelphia. Mr. Tarves has also served as Director of Medical/Surgical Nursing at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville from 1991 to 1995, and as Vice President of Nursing at Taylor Hospital, Ridley Park, PA from 1988 to 1990. He also served as Director of Nursing for Metropolitan Hospital, Springfield, PA from 1986 to 1988.
Mr. Tarves is a current member of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders, a Board member of the Union County United Way, the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau (National Nursing Honor Society).
