If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of this agreement, and all prior agreements, representations, statements and undertakings are hereby expressly terminated. Any waiver of any provision of this agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by both Evangelical and you.
