Description:
This one-day childbirth preparation class is designed for the busy parents-to-be that are unable to attend the weekly Prepared Childbirth sessions. Everything you need to know about labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation will be covered in class. However it will be done at a fast pace. Parents are highly encouraged to continue to practice at home the breathing and relaxation exercises learned in class.
