Terms of this Service: To comply with HIPAA regulations, all Care Mail cards that we receive are handled with confidentially and are treated and delivered as if the message was placed in the mail. We cannot deliver Care Mail to patients receiving an Outpatient Procedure. Any Care Mail submitted over the weekend, will be delivered the following Monday. Any Care Mail submitted after 2:00 pm will be delivered the following day. To protect patient privacy Evangelical Hospital recommends that you do not included any information regarding the patient's illness or reasons for hospitalization. Evangelical Hospital reserves the right to discard any messages deemed inappropriate by our staff.
