How Patient Visits Are Affected

Radiology Patients

Starting March 15, you must use the Degenstein Pavilion/Main Entrance when you come for any radiological procedure. Please park in lots B or E for easy access to the Degenstein Pavilion/Main Entrance. There will be plenty of signs and even a path for you to follow to make it as easy as possible. But if you have any problems, just find the nearest Hospital employee and they will walk you to where you need to go.

‘Operating’ at a Whole New Level

Evangelical Community Hospital has kicked off a multi-million-dollar construction project that will expand and renovate its current operating rooms to accommodate some of the most up-to-date and advanced surgical technologies. The expansion also will include an addition to the Hospital’s cardiovascular services and support to introduce interventional cardiac procedures here at Evangelical Community Hospital.

41,000 square foot addition
$32 million estimated investment
First floor – new cardiovascular suite with two new catheterization labs, seven-room patient area, a family waiting area and room for future growth
Second floor – brand new surgical suite with eight new operating rooms, 16-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, new administrative space for Surgical Services
