Job Shadowing and Student Experiences Confidentiality Statement
The Hospital pledges to respect the privacy of its guests and employees. For this reason, an employee/volunteer/student must use discretion in handling confidential information within the Hospital, particularly in those areas used by the public, and must never discuss these matters outside the Hospital. Knowledge of an individual’s medical, social and financial information may not be discussed with anyone unless directly related to that individual’s care. Any breech of confidentiality will result in disciplinary action including possible discharge.
