Clinical Ladder

Evangelical Community Hospital values the enduring expertise of its nursing staff. Our Clinical Ladder provides nurses the opportunity to grow within the organization and professionally advance their careers. The Clinical Ladder, based on Benner's research, provides a five level framework, which delineates level of expertise based on competency, experience and professional growth. The program reflects our commitment to recognizing excellence in quality nursing practice.
