Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment

Our specialists use sophisticated diagnostic technology to confirm the presence of disease and identify the correct tumor type, location, extent, and stage. Following diagnosis, a personalized, comprehensive treatment plan is developed for each patient.

Cancer Treatment

After diagnosis, our team of specialists work with patients and their families to determine the best treatment plan and offer guidance and support along the way. In addition to advanced treatment options, we offer patients the opportunity to participate in clinical trials and supportive care programs, like navigation, genetic counseling, and nutrition services.

Nurse Navigation

Nurse navigators are advocates who help patients access treatment, communicate with primary care doctors and specialists, and translate and interpret complex care plans. Navigators have a great understanding of the complexity of healthcare and can provide guidance, support, and direction, as well as help streamline care, from the time of diagnosis through treatment and beyond.

Clinical Trials

Clinical Trials

Clinical trials are research studies that evaluate how well new medical approaches will work. Each study answers scientific questions and tries to find better ways to prevent, screen for, diagnose, or treat a disease. Our physicians have access to a wide variety of clinical trials, giving our patients cutting-edge technologies and treatment offerings. Patients have the option to participate in trials conducted at Evangelical and also at other locations.
