Lifeline
You're Never Alone
By linking the home, response center and help, Lifeline gives you and your loved ones the security to pursue a normal lifestyle.
The response center's specially trained staff provides 24-hour monitoring, every day of the year.
Simple and Effective
At home, you only need a Lifeline unit and a Personal Help Button to enjoy the comfort offered by this system.
The small, portable Personal Help Button can be worn on a neck chain or on the wrist like a bracelet or watch, so it is readily accessible at all times. Also, a Lifeline Communicator is connected to your telephone line.
If you need help, push the Personal Help Button and a call is automatically sent to the Response Center. When your call is received, a trained staffer will first attempt to call your home to see what help you need. If assistance is needed, they will contact one of your "responders"—nearby friends or relatives whom you previously designated. For more serious situations, an ambulance or the police will be dispatched.
