 Evangelical’s Outpatient Services including Diabetes Education, Wound Clinic, Outpatient Stomal Therapy, Bariatric Clinic, Vascular Services and Nutritional Counseling are now available to patients in one convenient location. Evangelical’s Outpatient Clinic is located adjacent to the Rooke Pavilion on the Hospital’s campus, at parking lot D with convenient parking directly in front of the facility.
