Nutrition Counseling Services
Comprehensive Healthy Eating Advice
We help you manage your nutrition for a variety of reasons, whether you want to lose weight or better control your diabetes. Our Fitness Center and Diabetes Clinic may also serve as additional resources.
Evangelical’s Nutrition Counseling Services provides the guidance of a Registered Dietitian (RD) to help you meet a variety of nutritional needs.
A dietitian provides one-on-one instruction and counseling about lifestyle changes associated with food. A dietitian can assist you in managing nutrition related conditions, including diabetes and cardiovascular disease through medical nutrition therapy.

This program is designed to help you lose ten pounds of your body weight in ten weeks through a progressive program of optimal nutrition, regular exercise and meaningful behavioral change.Other services available include body composition analysis that measures the percentage of body fat, nutrition analysis of meals, bariatric consultation, and group presentations.
