Free Heart Screen includes lipid panel (good, bad, and total cholesterol levels, triglycerides), blood glucose, blood pressure, body composition, blood oxygen saturation, and cardiac risk and stroke assessments. Results will be reviewed by a physician and mailed to you. A 12-hour fast is required prior to your appointment. Appointments are required by calling Community Health and Wellness 570-768-3200.
