Phillip Peterson, MD, Joins Evangelical as Emergency Medicine Physician

Evangelical Community Hospital welcomes Philip Peterson, MD, to the emergency medicine staff. Dr. Peterson began at Evangelical Community Hospital in January.

Dr. Peterson comes to Evangelical after serving at Mercy Health System, Philadelphia, in emergency medicine. He received his medical degree from the Ohio State University – College of Medicine, and completed his internship and medical residency at Drexel University, Philadelphia. Dr. Peterson is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

As an emergency medicine physician at Evangelical, Dr. Peterson specializes in rapid recognition and treatment of trauma and acute illness.
