Evangelical’s The Family Place Gives Heart Hats in Honor of American Heart Month

February 08, 2019

It’s American Heart Month and every baby born in February at Evangelical Community Hospital’s The Family Place will be gifted a special heart hat in honor of the month that celebrates healthy hearts and love.

The tiny white hats, emblazoned with a red heart, are handmade by Evangelical’s nurse leadership and revenue cycle staff who have made it their personal honor to hand-crochet hats to give to the babies born at The Family Place.

One recipient of a hat is River, son of Jeff and Jordan Dauberman, of Muncy. River was born on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at 1:08 pm, weighing 7 lbs, 4 ozs, and measuring 19 inches long. River joins two older siblings at home.
