At Evangelical Community Hospital, we recognize that concerns communicated by our patients and their families help us to improve our current services and processes.
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you received at our hospital and you would like us to know about it or to help you, please contact the Continuous Quality Improvement Manager via email or call us at (570) 522-2867.
Should you feel the response to your complaint does not meet your expectations, you have the right to contact the Pennsylvania Department of Health at (800) 254-5164. This and other patient rights are explained in detail in a pamphlet that was included in your admission packet. You may also request another copy of the pamphlet by calling (570) 522-2867.
