At Evangelical Community Hospital, we recognize that concerns communicated by our patients and their families help us to improve our current services and processes.

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you received at our hospital and you would like us to know about it or to help you, please contact Patient/Guest Relations via email or call us at 570-522-2144.

Should you feel the response to your complaint does not meet your expectations, you have the right to contact the Pennsylvania Department of Health at 800-254-5164. This and other patient rights are explained in detail in a pamphlet that was included in your admission packet. You may also request another copy of the pamphlet by calling 570-522-2867.
