Evangelical’s Speakers Bureau Offers Experts to Community Groups

Evangelical Community Hospital’s Speakers Bureau offers the Hospital’s experts on health-related topics to groups throughout the community.

Physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, and other Evangelical staff members are available to provide a wide-range of interesting programs regarding health information including topics such as diabetes, stroke, and arthritis, health care advances, health education, career opportunities, and more to any group, large or small. Groups eligible for speakers include service clubs, church groups, student groups, businesses, and organizations.

The service is free of charge for local engagements. Please contact a minimum of four weeks prior to the speaking engagement.

Evangelical Community Hospital, a non-profit hospital committed to the health of its communities, is supporting the fight against cancer by serving as one of four 2014 Regional Sponsors for Relay for Life events being held in Lewisburg, Milton, Selinsgrove, and Midd-West School Districts.

Evangelical is a non-profit organization that employs approximately 1626 individuals and has more than 170 employed and non-employed physicians on staff. The Hospital is licensed to accommodate 132 overnight patients, 12 acute rehab patients and 18 bassinets. The Hospital serves residents throughout the Central Susquehanna Valley, including those living in Snyder, Union, Northumberland, and Lycoming Counties.
