  • Evangelical’s Community Health and Wellness Granted $5,000 From Local Foundation

    School-aged kids in the Sunbury area will continue to receive healthy lifestyle lessons through Evangelical Community Hospital thanks in part to a grant received from the Sunbury Area Community Foundation (SACF), an affiliate of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation, for School-Based Health and Wellness Educational Initiatives.

  • Millie Boutique in Northumberland Supports Mammogram Program at Evangelical Community Hospital

    Lindsay Napp (right) of Millie Boutique & Jewelry Bar, Northumberland, recently presented a check for $580 to Evangelical Community Hospital’s Andrea Bertram (left), Director of the Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health. The money was raised from a Fashion Show held in October, during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The show was the second annual event and the funds were raised through admission and Chinese auction proceeds. Millie is a fashion and accessory boutique that also carries natural soy candles, body lotions, and homemade organic soaps.

  • Evangelical Community Hospital’s 27th Annual Lights of Love Tree Lighting

    LEWISBURG- Evangelical Community Hospital, under the leadership and direction of Evangelical Auxiliary, hosted its 27th Annual Lights of Love Ceremony on Sunday, December 7th at 4 pm in the Hospital’s Dining Room. The celebration included entertainment by the Buffalo Valley Singers and concluded with the lighting of the Lights of Love tree outside of the main entrance.
