Evangelical Names New Director of Imaging Services

Jeffrey Nolter, BA, CNMT, RT(R)(N), has been named Director of Imaging Services at Evangelical Community Hospital.

As Director, Nolter provides leadership and manages the oversight and strategic direction for the Hospital’s Imaging Services with locations in Lewisburg and Selinsgrove. The Hospital’s goal is to effectively deliver high quality, cost-effective, patient-focused, diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services designed to meet the needs of the community.

Nolter has nearly 30 years of clinical experience in Imaging Services with 24 of those years at Evangelical Community Hospital. With a background in Nuclear Medicine, Nolter has served clinically as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for patients and over the years, advancing to a coordinator role for both PET-CT and Nuclear Medicine. In 2022, he assumed the Operations Manager/Nuclear Medicine Coordinator role in the Hospital’s Imaging Department. He has been serving as the Interim Director of Imaging Services since September 2023 and now assumes full leadership of Evangelical’s Imaging Services in both Lewisburg and Selinsgrove with this promotion.

Nolter is a graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He continued his studies and graduated from the Geisinger School of Radiography, Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, and from the South Central Pennsylvania School of Nuclear Medicine, York Hospital/Lancaster General. He holds certifications in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Nuclear Medicine Technology, and Computed Tomography. He is a member of the Association for Medical Imaging Management and the American Society of Radiographic Technologists.
