Kendra Aucker
Kendra Aucker was appointed President and CEO in July 2015 after serving the Hospital previously as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to that, Ms. Aucker had been an integral part of Evangelical Community Hospital’s senior leadership team since 1990. Serving in roles of marketing, physician practice management, operations, and executive leadership, Ms. Aucker has helped shape the strategic growth that sets Evangelical apart from other community hospitals.
Ms. Aucker is a Licensed Agent through the Insurance Department of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with qualifications in Accident & Health, and Life and Fixed Annuities. She is a Healthcare Fellow of the Healthcare Advisory Board and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Medical Group Management Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Frederick Taylor University.
Ms. Aucker serves on the Board of Directors of the Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP), the Board of Directors of CHART (A Reciprocal Risk Retention Group), the First Community Foundation Partnership, Transitions, and the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission. She is a member of the Lewisburg Sunrise Rotary Club, a former Director and past President of the Central Susquehanna Valley United Way, a former director of the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, a former director and past President of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation, a former director of WITF, Inc., and a graduate, former Director and past President of Leadership Susquehanna Valley. She has received the following state and local recognition: the Athena Leadership Award, the Adam Smith Distinguished Leadership Award from Economics Pennsylvania, the Susquehanna Council of Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award, the Leadership Susquehanna Valley Distinguished Alumni Award, the Selinsgrove Rotary Distinguished Leadership Award, the Greater Susquehanna Valley United Way Volunteer of the Year Award, and the Pennsylvania Rural Health Leader of the Year.
