Community Health Needs Assessment

As part of our commitment to the community, Evangelical conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment every three years to identify the top health and wellness needs in our region. Then, we develop an implementation plan to meet those needs.

Evangelical Community Hospital supports the distribution of life-saving devices in the communities it serves. Not-for-profit organizations can apply for automated external defibrillators, or AEDs, by completing this form. The Hospital distributes a limited number of the devices each year on a first-come, first served basis.
