Diabetes Community Programs

Renee Hughes RN, CDE will be hosting these FREE Diabetes Education classes to help people with diabetes understand their disease and live healthier lives.

Please register for one or all of the programs by calling the Diabetes Center at 570-768-4646. Classes are held at the West Branch Medical Center, 7095 West Branch Highway, Lewisburg.
