Cardiovascular and Stroke Support Group to connect, encourage, and educate heart disease and stroke survivors, families, and caregivers.
Meetings will be held from 3 to 4:30 PM at Evangelical Community Hospital's 3rd Floor Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
