Effective December 4, 2022 - Follow My Health Closes

Evangelical Community Hospital is moving to a new electronic health record system, Epic. As of December 4, 2022, Follow My Health will no longer receive new medical information as MyChart becomes the new patient portal. Patients will still be able to access Follow My Health to download a medical record, if needed.

Effective December 5, 2022 - MyChart Opens

Information on how to sign up for a MyChart account will be available on December 5. Historical test results and certain health information from Follow My Health was not forwarded to MyChart. You can rest assured your medical provider will have access to all of your historical data through your medical record. All future tests will be available in your MyChart account.

How do I sign up for a MyChart account?             

MyChart opens December 5. Additional information on how to sign up for a MyChart account will be available on December 5.


What if I have a MyChart account with another healthcare organization (example Geisinger)? Will there be two separate accounts?             
  • If you access MyChart through the web portal, simply log in with your existing username and password and your health information from Evangelical will begin showing up after December 5, 2022.
  • If you access MyChart through the App, Evangelical Community Hospital organization will be available to add on December 5, 2022.
